Origin – About the product
Although cultivated by the Incas more or less 7,000 years ago, this cereal or pseudo cereal grows in the high Andes, between 2,500 and 5,000 meters. It was used also in ceremonial activities where the Inca used to sow the seeds.

This product provides protein and essential fatty acids and also has no cholesterol. In 100 grams of black quinoa there are 35 grams of protein. Quinoa has more amino acids products like wheat. Black quinoa has lysine which stimulates brain cells. Black quinoa which helps a lot finishing with depression can be added to porridges, soft drinks, salads, soups and breads.
